OREGON – Elizabeth C. Swenson, 48, of Oregon and formerly of DeKalb, died Saturday February 18, 2012 in KSB Hospital, Dixon. Born July 6, 1963 in Mendota, the daughter of Stanley and Deanna (Betts) Swenson. Elizabeth was a graduate of Shabbona High School and was employed nearly 20 years by the US Postal Service. She lived in Oregon the past 3 years moving from DeKalb. Survived by her partner, Les Cousineau of Oregon; father, Stanley (Marian) Swenson of Lee; mother, Deanna Diamond of Rockton; brother, Anthony Swenson of Colorado; favorite nephews, Jacob and Russell Swenson; and beloved cat, Ziva. Preceded in death by her grandparents. Services will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday February 22 in Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home, Oregon, preceded by visitation beginning at 1:00pm.
