Carol Judith Rauch, 74, of Franklin Grove, formerly of Oregon, died Tuesday October 30, 2012 in Serenity Hospice Home, Oregon. She was born February 6, 1938 in Oregon the daughter of James & Hazel (Bailey) Kereven. Carol worked many years at Smith Oil Co. in Rockford in the accounts receivable department. She enjoyed traveling and lived in Kentucky before returning to this area. Survivors include her sons, Scott Rauch of Rockford and Randy (Terri) Rauch of Mesa, AZ; grandsons, Troy Rauch of Denver, CO and Trevor Rauch of Mesa, AZ; sister, Elizabeth Corcoran, brother, William Kereven, and sister-in-law, June Kereven, all of Oregon; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Howard Skarka of Springfield, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Ruth Selmer, and brother, James Kereven. Private graveside services will be held at Daysville Cemetery.
