Dinah J. Boyden

Dinah J. Boyden, age 72, passed away at KSB Hospital in Dixon on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. She was born in Piggott, AR on August 16, 1950, the daughter of W.T. and Aylene (Parker) Hogard. Dinah grew up in Arkansas and graduated high school from Corning, AR. She married the love of her life, Rick Boyden in 1980. Dinah worked many years for Cacciatore’s Food Mart and Kable Printing. Dinah enjoyed fishing and golfing with her husband in their spare time. She loved flowers and could be found visiting flea markets and stopping by garage sales. The most important thing in her life was her family. She was an amazing mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Andrea Hawks, parents W.T. and Aylene Hogard, and brothers, Bill Hogard and Harold Hogard. She is survived and missed by her husband, Rick Boyden of Oregon; children, Stephanie (Skip Randecker) Brown of Mt Morris, Jeff Boyden of Oregon, and Amanda (Dave Newell) Boyden-Newell of Crescent City, FL; sisters, Elaine Williams of Memphis, TN, Madolyn Scrivner of O’Fallon, MO, and Carolyn (Wayne) Gearhart of Pocahontas, AR; grandchildren, Matthew (Steph) Sesslar, Michael (Amanda) Hawks, Natalie Hawks, Alex Hawks, Justin Hawks, Hannah Conger, Abigail Conger, Zach (Emily) Newell, and Christina Boyden, and great grandchildren, Annika, Blake, Claire, Luke, Mia, Bridgette, Vivian, Kira, Jameson, and Eloise. Per Dinah’s request no services are being held at this time.
