Jose M. Alba

BYRON, IL ~ Jose M. Alba, 78, passed away at Generations at Neighbors Nursing Home in Byron, IL, on Thursday, June 12, 2025. He was born on August 6, 1946 in Edcouch, TX, the son of Jose Mario & Anna Maria (Rincon) Alba. Throughout his life he enjoyed simple things like riding motorcycles and going to the racetracks with his sister, Margarita. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Michael Alba and great-nephew Geo Garcia. He is survived and missed dearly by his children Laura, Joseph, April, and Anthony; siblings, Maria Rodriguez-Alba, Henry (Donna Jean) Alba, Juan (Carol) Alba, and Margarita (Richard) Alba-Garcia; several nieces, nephews and a great many friends and grandchildren.

As per his wishes, Jose will be cremated with no services at this time.
