A visitation is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home of Oregon, IL, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Funeral services honoring her life will be held the following day at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Oregon, IL, beginning at 10:00 AM with Pastor Terease Whitten presiding. There will be a visitation time prior to the funeral services at the church beginning at 9:00 AM going until services start at 10:00 AM. Joyce will then be laid to rest at Franklin Grove Cemetery of Franklin Grove, IL. Memorials are established in her name and may be directed to Serenity Hospice and Home of Oregon, IL.
