With hearts full of love and sorrow, we share the passing of our beautiful, kind‑hearted little girl, Keilahni Rose Johnson, age 9. Though her time with us was far too short, she filled every day with laughter, curiosity, kindness, and intelligence.
Keilahni was known for her contagious smile, her love of golf, her artistic spirit, adventurous nature, and her dreams of helping the homeless. She delighted in swimming, crafts, go‑karts, science projects, learning Spanish, and playing with her best friends, Roxanne Rains and Jemilah Lewis. Keilahni had a gift for making everyone around her feel cherished and loved.
She is survived by her mother and fiancé, Katrina Hada and Billy Cummings; her siblings, Ariellah Bicker, Me'Lani Johnson, and Mecose Johnson Jr.; grandparents Corrinne Lane, Thomas Hada, and Stephanie Hada; uncles Jacob Hada and Cody Hada; cousins Paisley Hada and Wrenley Hada; great‑aunt Kari Lane; great‑grandmother Ada Hendrick; great‑grandfather Larry Lane; extended grandparents Rochelle Morgan and Jimmy Hayes; extended aunt Leondra Butler; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
Though we grieve deeply, we are grateful for everything she added to our lives. Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved her.
To honor Keilahni, we ask that everyone wear pink and purple attire. We also kindly request that electronic devices be left in your vehicle or placed in a basket upon entry.
We will celebrate her life with a funeral service officiated by Molly Bowen at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home in Byron with visitation beginning at noon.
