Patricia A. Snapp

CHANA, IL ~ Patricia Ann Snapp, age 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Serenity Hospice & Home of Oregon, IL. She was born January 4, 1944 at Warmolts Clinic in Oregon, IL, the daughter of Harley & Alice (Morehouse) Ware. Patricia had a deep passion for gardening, especially her flowers. She loved to care for them and use them to make things beautiful. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Harley & Alice, husband Richard C. Snapp, son Matthew S. Snapp and daughter Cindy L Druien. She is survived and missed dearly by her loving daughter Belinda (Snapp) Slaton; Belinda’s children Jared Slaton; Angelique Reid; Xavier Slaton; her son Jason (Shawna) Snapp; Jason & Shawna’s children Brittany (Cody) Logan; Tyler (Teddy) Snapp; Isaiah Snapp; Elijah (Kaitlyn) Snapp; Cindy Druien’s husband John Druien and son Austin (Grace) Druien; brother Ronald “Ron” (Christine) Ware; and 8 great-grandchildren and her beloved cat “Kitty”.

No services are scheduled at this time as per Patricia’s wishes. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Homes of 110 S. 7th St, Oregon, IL, 61061. Patricia will be laid to rest with her husband and son at Daysville Cemetery of Oregon, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
