Wayne T. Seymour

Wayne T. Seymour, age 63, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. He was born on October 3, 1959 in Rockford the son of Jack and Phyllis (St. John) Seymour. After high school, he went into the trades; eventually owning and operating Wayne Seymour Plumbing in Rockford. Wayne loved the simple things in life and found happiness by working and spending his spare time hunting. He is survived and missed by his children, Jenifer (Ken) Moore of New Braunfels, TX and Brandon Blake of Tucson, AZ; sisters, Wendy (Joe) Kerwin Leaf River IL, and Cheri (Kevin) Bielema of Sellersburg, IN; and grandchildren Celia and Alayna. He is preceded in death by his parents and niece Erika Bielema. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM on March 6, 2023 at Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home in Byron. Private graveside services will be held at Silver Creek Cemetery in rural Mt. Morris. Memorials are established in his name.
